A pretty softly Barred Turkey Feather with a pale tan leather shaft & ties. The hand painted scrolls were done in gold, turquoise & violet with inset turquoise swarovski crystals, a faux turquoise nugget cabochon, and soft ostrich plume accents. Simplistic & Lovely!
