I ship via USPS Priority Mail with included Delivery Confirmation, and offer Insurance coverage within the United States as an option for my buyers. I also charge 75 cents per order as a handling fee to cover the box & bubble wrap.
If you choose not to purchase insurance for your package ChaeyAhne SilverFox Designs will NOT be held accountable for any mishaps or breakages during shipment from my studio to your destination. Insurance rates are listed below.

Shipping Surcharges
Some heavy or oversized items require additional shipping costs. This amount is indicated in (parentheses next to the item price) and is in addition to our regular shipping charges.
International Orders
I ship to International locations via USPS First-Class International Mail (some restrictions on items do apply).
Oversized orders will be calculated & invoiced for shipping separately.
We accept US dollars only.
Canadian Orders
Your ship quote will include all applicable duties, taxes and brokerage fees. We consolidate shipments to Canada and ship orders once a week.
All Other International Locations
The ship quote is for shipping charges only, and does not include any applicable duties, value added taxes(VAT), or brokerage fees. You will be required to pay for any duties/taxes (required by your country of residence) upon delivery of your merchandise.
Due to import duty valuation adjustments, we are unable to calculate these charges.
How long should I wait before I receive my order?
In-Stock Non-Freight Items
We ship the product directly from our studio. All items ship by USPS and will arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipment date.
Items ordered together do not always arrive together.
You will be notified by email if your item(s) is backordered for more than 30 days.
Additional shipping/handling charges are required and are indicated in (parentheses) after the retail price. These charges are in addition to our regular shipping charges.
Rush Delivery
For an additional charge of $12.95 we can ship most in-stock items via Rush service (2-3 business days). Orders must be received by 1 p.m. CST.
Some restrictions apply.
- Item(s) must be in stock.
- Rush Delivery is not applicable on items marked “NRS” or Oversized.
- This flat charge may not apply to high volume orders. If this is the case, you will be contacted regarding your order.
Overnight Delivery
For an additional charge we can ship most in-stock items overnight. Orders can only be placed Monday—Friday, (Orders placed on Friday will arriving the following Monday) and must be received by 1 p.m. CST.
